Ambassador: Dr. Andrew Brown
Andrew Brown @AndrewBrown221 is a cardiology fellow at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He completed medical school, residency, and a chief residency at the University of Mississippi. During residency, Andrew co-founded the program’s wellness committee and completed quality improvement work on accurate blood pressure measurement in clinic. Currently, he is interested in all things CV and plans to pursue a career in academics focusing on fellowship education and noninvasive cardiology. Outside of the hospital, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys.

The CardioNerds Ambassadors are fellows nominated by CardioNerds fellowships to represent education at their program. They are an esteemed group of highly motivated individuals with a passion for education. The goal is to both:
- Ensure representation on the platform from their programs
- Foster their individual personal & professional development
The CardioNerds Healy Honor Roll is named after Dr. Bernadine Patricia Healy, a CardioNerd Hero who was the first female director of the National Institutes of Health and accomplished incredible achievements during her career.
