Ambassador: Dr. Donald Richards
Donald Richards is a cardiology fellow at Cedar Sinai Medical Center. He attended medical school at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), before completing Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical Center (UTSW) in Dallas, Texas. He is planning to pursue advanced heart failure and critical care cardiology. He is passionate about medical education and health equity. Outside of the hospital, he enjoys running, playing soccer, pending time with his dog Abu.

The CardioNerds Ambassadors are fellows nominated by CardioNerds fellowships to represent education at their program. They are an esteemed group of highly motivated individuals with a passion for education. The goal is to both:
- Ensure representation on the platform from their programs
- Foster their individual personal & professional development
The CardioNerds Healy Honor Roll is named after Dr. Bernadine Patricia Healy, a CardioNerd Hero who was the first female director of the National Institutes of Health and accomplished incredible achievements during her career.
