Ambassador: Dr. Alexander Paul Hoffmann
Alexander (Alex) Paul Hoffmann (@pnw_md) is a cardiology fellow at the University of Washington with interests in the overlap of cardiac imaging, prevention, and the cardiovascular care of patients living with HIV. He received his MD from the University of Washington School of Medicine and completed internal medicine training at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School. Outside of the hospital, he enjoys aviation, paddle boarding, and traveling.

The CardioNerds Ambassadors are fellows nominated by CardioNerds fellowships to represent education at their program. They are an esteemed group of highly motivated individuals with a passion for education. The goal is to both:
- Ensure representation on the platform from their programs
- Foster their individual personal & professional development
The CardioNerds Healy Honor Roll is named after Dr. Bernadine Patricia Healy, a CardioNerd Hero who was the first female director of the National Institutes of Health and accomplished incredible achievements during her career.
